the object - patients with generalized paradentitis; the aims to increase of efficiency medical treatment of patients on generalized paradentitis with use of cryodestruction and the further phototherapy as components of complex therapy; the methods - clinical, roentgenologic, immunological, morphological, microbiological, statistical; the new is as revealed, when treating the generalized paradentitis with chronicity of I–II stages or II one, the cryodestruction combined with polarized-light irradiation has a high therapeutic effect and can be regarded as an important component of the integrated therapy; the outcomes - application of cryodestruction and polarized-light irradiation leads to elimination of inflammatory symptoms, increases parodontium tissues regeneration, and stimulates organism’s protective responses that determines the high clinical effect and substantiates the expediency of using the developed treatment mode in clinical practice.
