the object - patients with the phenomena of alloys metals the unremovable metallic constructions of dentures; the aims to increase of efficiency dental prosthetics by unremovable metallic constructions, due to the improvement the physical and chemical state of surface material; the methods - clinical, laboratory, instrumental, statistical; the new is improving of a prosthetic appliance quality has been reached by the optimization of patients, examination complex methods. Electrolytic and electrode factors, individualization of prosthetic appliance methods and improving of technological process of false tooth production have been taken into consideration; the outcomes - developed and proposed method of laser finishing treatment of false tooth surface significantly decreases the false tooth surface potential by means of high passivation effect. It provides minimization of negative influence of metal alloys of false tooth on human body and prevents the intolerance occurrence.
