Cherednik A. "Forms of Integration of Ukrainian Enterprises into the World Market of Investments "

Object of research: process of integration of the enterprises of Ukraine to the world market of investments in a context of strengthening of integration interaction of national economies. The purpose of dissertational work is development of the form of optimum participation of the Ukrainian enterprises in the world market of investments for maintenance of receipts of foreign investments into a national economy. Methods of research: a dialectic method of scientific knowledge, a method of the analysis and synthesis, корреляционно-регрессионный a method, a method of statistical groupings and generalization of the data. Theoretical results: a deepening of theoretical positions and definitions of approaches concerning improvement of development and representation of investment offers, organizational designing of interaction with investors, concerning directions of improvement of activity of the Ukrainian enterprises in a context of strengthening of integration to the world market of investments. Practical results: the carried out development and recommendations allow to provide optimization of process management of investment activity and increase of productivity of a national economy as a whole. Scientific novelty: factors which determine necessity of participation of the enterprises for the world market of investments are systematized; the mechanism of the state investment policy is advanced; the model of formation of investment appeal of objects of capital investments in conditions of integration is developed; the economic-mathematical model of an estimation of dependence between volume of investments into a fixed capital, volume of direct foreign investments and technological structure of capital investments is offered; the algorithm of cyclic interaction of development and introduction of investment strategy at the enterprise is developed; the conceptual approach concerning formation of nation-wide strategy of increase of productivity of economy is offered.
