Essay

The investigation of structure, electrophysical and optical properties of organic semiconductors based on conjugated polyarylenes were carried out. It is manifested that at T=293-533 K temperature dependence of conductivity of investigated polymers described by exponent equation with negative coefficient of resistance. It is showed that proton doping of amino-contained polyarenes causes decrease of charge transport activation energy and increase of total crystalline degree. In film composites of conducting polymers the considerable anisotropy of conductivity was found. The effect of proton and electrochemical doping on absorption spectra of polyorthotoluidine was investigated. The electrochromic and thermochromic properties of amino-contained polyarenes was studied. On the basis of obtained results the new device for energy transformation, optical elements with polymer electrochromic layers and method for obtaining of conducting polymer composites are proposed.
