Golovin A. Administrative and legal regulation of activity of civil safety militia

Dissertation is devoted to the matters of improvement of administrative and legal regulation of civil safety militia activity in conditions of reforming the system of Ukraine's Home Department. It is defined the place of civil safety militia in the system of internal affairs and order of organization of local militia activity taking into account the foreign experience and evolutional development of national civilization. It is made propositions to Ukraine's legislation in force about ways of improvement of civil safety militia functioning, renewing the administrative and legal status of officers of its divisions and its influence on formation of image and authority of internal affairs bodies.
