Solodovnik L. Legal facts in the labour law of Ukraine

In this work scientific positions about the legal facts in the labour law as a special system of the factual circumstances of a separate branch are highlighted; the principles and means of an ascertainment and qualification of the legal facts for a branch are researched, the reasons and prerequisites of their arising are ascertained, the classifications of facts are specified, a dynamic role of the legal facts as the procedures for continuous legal relationships purpose is analysed, the system of the legal compositions of the branch and the directions of its improvement is examined. It is defined, that the effectiveness of an influence of the law on the public relations depends on the legal facts system’s perfection. Also, the legislation and law enforcement practice are analysed, and some recommendations on the improvement of the project of the Labour Code of Ukraine are given.
