Gots O. Legal regulation of labour legal relations with scientific and pedagogical employees' initiation

The dissertation is devoted to complex research and scientific analysis of theoretical and practical problems of labour legal relations’ initiation, peculiarities of legal state of citizens during competition. The theoretical principles of labour law science’s progress and conclusions and offers concerning improvement of the Ukrainian labour legislation and legal practice are formed on the basis of this investigation. The most essential results of made research are formulated in the dissertation: the grounds of differentiation of labour law’s legal rules are defined, legal conditions and grounds of labour legal relations with scientific and pedagogical employees’ initiation are delimited, the legal regulations concerning the competition for filling the vacancies of scientific and pedagogical employees’ procedure are summarized.
