Lysyak A. Legal forms of the participation of trade unions in the regulation of the labour legal relations

In the given thesis a complex of scientific and theoretic as well as scientific and practical research of the most actual problems of the legal forms of the participation of trade unions in the settlement of labour legal relations and the research of the analyses of their contents in the process of reformation and creation both an existing and new systems of labour legislation in Ukraine was made. Besides, in the first part the main characteristic of trade unions' rights in the process of regulation of labour legal relations is given. A classification of the legal forms of trade unions' participation in the regulation of labour legal relations is given as well. The second part of the thesis consists of two subsections. In the first subsection there was assigned the essence and on the grounds of it was formulated the legal ruling of protection of the working, social and economic rights and interests of the labourers by trade unions. The author gives his own determination of such definition as protectingfunction and distinguishes its main elements and features of realization. The second subsection is dedicated to the forms of realization of protecting function of trade unions. Іn the third section the author gives determination of the meaning and sphere of use of the trade unions' control, and researches its types, forms and methods of use.
