Yudin Z. Interpretation of an agreement

Dissertation is an independent complete work. It is an integrated general theoretic scientific research on interpretation of an agreement. Scientific novelty of the work is determined by current problem setting and by research of the new ideas and tendencies of interpretation development. Especially in view of increasing importance of the agreement in terms of democratization of social and state life of Ukraine. New conceptual ideas as well as important for science and practice notions, provisions and conclusions that are stated by candidate personally are set out in the dissertation: complex and complete research of the notion of law interpretation was carried out; system analysis of the notion of law interpretation was presented that led to extension of the notion as law interpretation is concerned with agreement interpretation; a great importance of hermenevtics in law interpretation was determined; provision on independent meaning of interpretation was formulated and proved; use of contractual relationship between the subjects of law was examined with the extension of principles of law interpretation; provision was formulated that the regulative nature of contractual relationship makes the problem of agreement interpretation (contractual acts) worthy of special attention; theses on real possibility of use of agreement in the mechanism of Ukrainian law in the wide sense were presented.
