Shvayko O. The characteristic of diffuse damage of liver of the persons, who were exposed to radiation as a result of Ch NPP Accident.

The thesis is devoted to studying of radiation-induced changes of liver structural -functional state in the liquidators of Chernobyl NPP catastrophe in time aspect. It was fixed, that characteristic property of liver chronic diffuse diseases in specific contingent of the persons in the remote post-catastrophe period is the development of liver impairment with prevailing of cholestatic syndrome in combination with cytolytic and disorder of intrahepatic hemodynamics. It was proved, that changes of the liver functional system in the initial post-catastrophe period were characterized by subclinic syndrome of decrease liver excretory function and liver adaptive hyperfunctioning syndrome. The criteria of diagnostics of the liver initial changes in the specific contingent of persons were determined. The efficiency of using vascular medications in combination with hepatoprotectors for treatment of chronic hepatitis, cirrhosis and medicamentous correction of the initial changes of the liver functional state andintrahepatic hemodynamics of the specific contingent was grounded and proved.
