The dissertation is devoted to the effectiveness of sanatorium-and-health resort rehabilitation of children frequently ill with respiratory diseases, taking into account their phenotypic peculiarities. In the result of investigation of 160 frequently ill children from different regions of Ukraine there was determined that even at the period of remission they have disorders from the side of immune system. The level of disorders depends on the child phenotypic characteristics and determines his (her) adaptation-compensatory abilities. Children with the reduced homeostatic abilities demand individual approach on the stage of sanatorium-and-health resort treatment. To find out this contingent of children it is possible to use blood indexes nonspecific adaptive reactions. In order to estimate them there was worked out and put in practice computer medical program ADAPT ANALYZER 1.3 Lite. With the purpose of optimizing sanatorium-and-health resort rehabilitation of frequently ill children into the complex ofhealth-improvement measures it is recommended to include biologically active additions Biotroph-4, Bipolan, Echinacea taking into account the child phenotypic peculiarities
