The dissertation is dedicated to the study of influence of fluoride excess in environment on a clinical course, singularities of microcirculation changes, reological characteristics of blood, lipid peroxidation and antioxidant protection, pathomorphological changes of the mucous layer of gastroduodenal region in patients suffering from ulcer of a duodenum combined with ischemic heart disease and the improvement of the complex treatment of such cases. There was proven the pathogenetical necessity and clinical efficacy of implementation of metabolic regulator mildronat and antioxidant vitamin complex "Triovit" with traditional antihelicobacter and antianginal therapy in background for the microcirculation malfunction's correction and antioxidant protection in patients suffering from ulcer of a duodenum combined with ischemic heart disease in the conditions of fluoride excess in environment.
