Dissertation covers the problems of increase of treatment efficacy of acute intestinal infections in the children with reduced probability of development of disbiotic disorders in the postinfections period. The presebce of nosospecific differences and phase character of immunologic changes was determined. The principles of differential administration of recombinant interferon (laferon) agents and interferon (cycloferon) inductors regarding changes of interferon status in acute period of infections process were improved.
