Dissertation is devoted to the research of efficiency of interaction transport-expedition enterprises with market subjects: enterprises of generator tariffs, client market cargo transportations, other transport-expeditionary enterprise. The Organized categorization of the forms of the transport service, and is offered individual complex approach to designing organizing- economic mechanism of the interaction transport- expeditionary enterprise from subject market for the further development concept transport-expeditionary service in condition of the uncertainties and risk economy-legal and technician-technological questions. The Author has analysed in analytical type tariff and price functions of the cargo transportations and on the grounds of their analysis has revealled the problem-solving weight an interval in vicinities of the point of the breakup to tariff function.
