Object - colored in weight by ions of polyvalent elements; the aim-development of scientific bases of colouring soda-lime silica glasses of mass production by iron and manganese containing metallurgical wastes and industrial development of researches results; methods - a complex of standard physical and chemical, spectral methods and computer calculations; result and novelty - boundary values of the redox-parameters determining the mechanism of formation colouring of glasses are established; for the first time integrated dependence of color iron and glasses from a redox-condition mixture and the furnace environment is established; structural features iron, manganese containing color glasses are established; the priority of formation of color of glasses not is proved at cooling, and at a stage of their melting; the technique of a complex all-round estimation of an opportunity wastes use in soda-lime silica glasses manufacture is developed; technological para-meters of glasses reception in industrial conditions which colouring is provided nonconventional iron and manganese containing colorants are scientifically proved and recommended; are developed structures both resource- and energy saving technology of tare and architectural-building glasses reception in the wide color scale, colored by iron and manganese containing wastes, in furnaces with various way of heating; introduction - industrial introduction, branch-manufacture of glass tare and sheet glass.
