Borets L. Legal Regulation of Departmental Financial Monitoring in the System of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine

Object: public relations which arise in connection with departmental financial control conducting in the system of Ministry of Internal Affairs and allocate elements of its legal-organizing mechanism, and law enforcement activity of aforementioned control subjects; purpose: to determine problems of legal-organizing guaranteeing of departmental financial control conducting in the system of Ministry of Internal Affairs, to formulate scientific-founded conclusions and suggestions for improvement of national legislation; methods: dialectical, functional, historical-logical, formally-dogmatic, comparatively-legal; novelty: complexly generalized research of theoretical problems of departmental financial control conducting in the system of Ministry of Internal Affairs legal regulation; results: could be used for subsequent research of legal regulation problems in general and in the system of Ministry of Internal Affairs; in consequent research of theoretical problems of status of legal relationship members inthe aforementioned sphere.
