Zabolotnaya I. The peculiarities of clinical course, treatment and prevention non-caries lesions of hard dental tissue in Lisichansk Glass Factory workers.

The work deals with increasing the level of rendering dental assistance to glass industry workers with due regard for the prevalence and course of pathologies of hard dental tissue depending on the category of harmfulness of prevailing industrial factors and the length of service. The analysis of hygienic and sanitary conditions of glass production has shown a considerable excess of the TC of production factors. Non-caries lesions (enamel microfissures and pathologic attrition, their combined appearance, hard dental stones) are the most pronounced and common ones in Lisichansk glass-factory workers. An impact of glass production peculiarities on silicon dioxide content in enamel and mineralization degree of hard dental stones has been revealed. The developed and introduced into practice complex of treatment and prophylactic measures provides stabilization of non-caries process in 95,16% of the workers of the 1st category of harmfulness and in 100% of the workers of the 2nd category of harmfulness and decreases the percentage of recurrences by 4,84%.
