Essay

The dissertation presents a generalization of experimental and clinical studies and proposes a new solution of a scientific problem expressed in the improved management of patients with chronic generalized parodontitis by administration of differentiated osteotropic therapy in fiber adhesive splinting of loose teeth considering the level of biochemical regulators of osteous metabolism. With a moderately increased level of PGE2 and PGF2( local osteotropic therapy (a course of supragingival electrophoresis of 2% aqueous solution of sodium fluoride combined with oral "Vitrum-calcium + Vitamin D") is the most effective one. The use of the proposed method increases the length of a stable clinicoroentgenological stabilization of the inflammatory and destructive process in the parodontium and enhances the efficacy of the performed splinting.
