The object of researches are agro- chemical processes in chernozem-lice meadow calcareous soil, physiological processes in winter wheat, productivity of crop in cereal-been rotation and influence of using rate of manure and mineral fertilizers on their indices. The purpose of researches was to study the long-term (1979-1999 years) fertilizer application on the content of humus, total and available compounds of nitrogen, detritus, humic and fulvic acids and their dynamics in 1 metre layer of chernozem-lice meadow calcareous soil and productivity of crop in cereal-been rotation. Methods of researches are field, laboratory and statistical. Scientific novelty consist in a influence of the of using rates of manure and mineral fertilizers for 1984-1999 years on content total and available fumus and nitrogen compounds in surface (0-25 cm) and subsurface (25-100 cm) layers of soil. Was to study the optical properties of humic acids for long-term fertilizer application. Is devoted to studying of the influenceof manure and mineral fertilizers on crop winter wheat, productivity of crop in cereal-been rotation. The change of supplies carbon humus in 0-25 cm and 0-50 cm layers of chernozem-lice meadow calcareous soil of Forest-Steppe Ukrainian was shown by using of mathematical model. The basic results of researches are introduced into the proactive of crop production. Field of application: agrocemistry soil sciens.
