Poiarkova T. Conception of democratic political culture and main tendencies of its implementation in Ukraine

The dissertation attempts to study democratic political culture as a system making complex of power implementation in the context of ethnic and national, social and political, cultural and historical condition of its realization. Contemporary scientific approaches to the determination of democratic political culture are analyzed in the study. It is also determined that democratic political culture unites changes in ideas of the ideal political system and the practice of its approach so it is a clash point of specific ethnic and national experience and the evolution of general human ideals. The peculiarity of democratic transformation of Ukrainian society was studied, the influence of non-lasting state tradition and of inertia of soviet period was determined. Electoral technologies and local government are studied as quality indices of democratic political culture formation. It is shown that popularity of socium and elite is the condition and consequence of special legitimacy and determines the peculiarities of movement to social and legal democratic state. The peculiarities of electoral culture are contemporary Ukraine is shown. It is also presented the culture of political decisions approval and political activity during the establishing of legal democratic state.
