Essay

The method of conducting of regional intraarterial polychemoterapy in complex treatment of patients with new malignant the nasopharinx and oropharinx tumors is developed. The modes of the simultaneous conducting of regional intraarterial chemotherapy (the PBMF chart) and controlled from distance gammatherapy are certain, that allows to attain a maximal medical effect at practically complete absence of complications from the conducted complex treatment. Possibilities of contrasting are studied angiography, as method of control of conducting of regional intraarterial polychemoterapy, dynamics of change of arterials and lysis of tumour and regional metastases.
