Object of study: patients with the chronic glomerulonephritis in a chronic renal insufficiency grade. Aim of study: advancement of dyslipidaemia and endothelium dysfunction diagnostics, optimization of the chronic glomerulonephritis progression criteria. Methods of study: general clinical, biochemical, immune-enzymatic. Theoretical and applied results: we found that the lipids metabolism impairments in patients with the chronic renal insufficiency include both the increase of the atherogenous lipids fractions blood concentration and qualitative transformation of the low and high density lipoproteins. We substantiated the participation of lipids fractions in development of endothelium dysfunction within the chronic renal insufficiency. We elaborated diagnostic algorithm of the renal insufficiency severity assessment and asserted expedience of differentiated prescription of hypolipidaemic medicines for the different types of dyslipidaemia. Degree of implementation: results of study were implemented in functioning of nephrology departments of the AMSU Institute of Therapy clinics and other clinics of Kharkiv and Kharkiv region. Sphere of implementation: medicine, nephrology
