The process of information cooperation between subjects of international economic relations (IEO) in the situation of structural changes of world economy was studied. A complex investigation of practical aspects of use of information resources (IR) by subjects of international cooperation (IC) on the basis of modern economic theory and working out recommendations for national subjects in context of global competition. The methods have been used: historic and logic analysis, comparative analysis and expert thoughts, table and dynamic, for the correlation analysis - econometric functions and software. The thesis gives system characteristics for IR IC, which includes: the functions, object, form, sources, cost and price, language, possession, terms of use and regulation, level of use of IR IC. The optimal indexes have been calculated, as following: intangible assets should be at the level of 4-5% in the structure of total assets and aim at 14% . Information infrastructure of Ukrainian stock market development. State bodies and companies, study process in Kyiv national economic university. The sphere of use is information policy on state and corporate levels.
