Berestovenko V. Coronary angyoplasty and stenting in patients with ischemic heart disease and decreased myocardial contractility of left ventricle.

The dissertation is dedicated to the topical questions of the endovascular treatment of ischemic heart disease patients with a decreased contractility of the left ventricular myocardium. It'has learued particularty of the natural course of the iscemic heart disease in this group of patients is studied. On the case of the analysysis of the immediate and of remote results of the medicamentouse treatment and of intracoronary interventions it was shown that endovascular method has its advanteges. Efficiency of the method was proved by the results of study and treatment of 85 patients, which, according to the method of treatment were divident in 2 groups - the main and controle.. It was shown the presence of a viable myocardium is a main predictor of the myocardium contractility restoration after successful revascularisation..On the expirience of intracoronary interventions in 52 patients a tactic of revascularisation was determined, which takes in to consideration peculiaritics of the anatomy of a diseasedcoronary vessels and a clinical picture.
