Essay

The dissertation is devoted to working out of synthetic methods of phosphorus- and nitrogencontaining coumarin derivatives. Phosphonium salts and phosphorylides based on 3-bromacetylcoumarin and its derivatives have been synthesized and investigated. Heterocyclizations of unsaturated ketones of coumarin series and 3-bromacetylcoumarins have been investigated. Synthesis of coumarincontaining imidazoles has been carried out. Study of biological activity of synthesized compounds enabled to find out new preparations characterized with considerable antimicrobial, antifungal and antitumor activity.
