Essay

It is investigated the functioning of plasma membrane Na+, K+- and Ca2+-ATPases during the early embryogenesis of loach Misgurnus fossilis L. under the action of fluoroquinolones and cation of heavy metals during the period of the blastomer divisions. It is established, that the influence of fluoroquinolones at the membrane level was realized by the inhibithion of the Na+, K+-ATPase, that results in to ultrastructural changes in loach embryos. Also showed, that the norfloxacin has be ability to compensate suppressing action of cations Cd2+, Mn2+ and Zn2+ on the Na+, K+-ATPase activity. We showed, that integrated fraction of embryo loach membrane vesicles is identified thapsigargin-insensitive plasma membrane Ca2+-ATPase and thapsigargin-sensitive endoplasmic reticulum Ca2+-ATPase. It is established, that Са2+, Mg2+-ATPase of loach embryo owns high affinity to Cd2+, Mn2+, Zn2+.
