Essay

The dissertation gives a scientific substantiation of conditions of safe use of a mine communication cable with its armor grounded as a guiding conductor of an emergency radio warning system in conditions of underground workings in collieries. The given task has been solved by the use of a highfrequency isolation of the cable armor from the grounding by means of inclusion of inductive elements in this circuit. Mathematical model of estimating the danger of sparkling in the grounded circuit of communication cable armor through a highfrequency diodes shunting throttle is under the processing. Safe value of a throttle inductance at which the safety level of an earth circuit of the cable armor will not be affected, has been established. Permissible values based on intrinsic safety and miner's health criteria have been established for the capacity of transmitters in miner's stationary and portable radio stations. Requirements to the system of all - mine emergency warning system based on portable radio stations, and the complete set of mobile radio communication and emergency warning (KЗAO) have been developed.
