Bilovodska O. Organizing-economic bases for management of inovative development directions' choice of industrial enterprises

The object: innovative development of industrial enterprise's processes. The purpose: development and scientific substantiation of theoretic-methodical bases of organizing-economic management of innovative development directions" choice of the industrial enterprises, which are directed on increase of validity of the administrative decisions from positions of the enterprise - innovator and ultimate user. Methods: the comparative, systematic-structural, statistical analyses, dialectic method of knowledge, methods of logic generalization, expert estimations, graphic, economic-mathematical modeling. Novelty: constraining and developing factors of innovative activization are determined and systematized; the essence of a category "innovative development direction of the enterprise " is explained; the classification of directions is offered depending on incentive motives; the methodological approach to a preliminary choice of directions is developed; the information models are constructed, the interaction ofinformation flows at stages of acceptance of the decisions is regulated; the criterion base for the choice is generated and proved.
