Optimal intensity and character of irradiation influencing seed germination, seedlings growth, Ca-CTC luminescence intensity, value of intracellular pH and content of chlorophyll in seedlings cells were established. Action of laser light through phytochrome reaction system (reversion of laser and red light by far-red light) were discussed.
