The paper focuses on the study of theoretical and practical questions of differentiation of labour legal regulation according to the Ukrainian labour legislation. The social and legal feature of the differentiation of labour relation legal regulation is analyzed, its notion and basic criteria is defined. On the basis of the analysis of differentiation of labour relation legal regulation a classification of legal regulations is elaborated.
