It is ground of the detailed and directional analysis of complications, their forecasting on preoperative a period, minings of new ways of preventive maintenance and advancing of methods treatment. Exploratory methods: complex clinical examination, which one actuated the assembly of an anamnesis, estimation of the general, local and neurologic statuses. Roentgenologycal, including roentgenometric, the computed tomography, biochimical, biomechanical, statistical is magnetic - resonant also. New knowledge: for the first time established quantitative roentgenologycal yardstick, which one resolve to within 70 % to forecast on preoperative a stage a capability of development and kind of complications. Established diagnostic to coefficients, reference for a definite kind of complication (spondylarthrosis, instability, cicatrical stenosis). The prognostictables are designed, which one resolve on preoperative stage to forecast a capability and kind of complication in the postoperative season. The preventive medicamental correction of biochemical parameters on preoperative stage in ill of protrusions and hernias lumbar intervertebral discs is offered. The way of an indirect estimation of a functional condition of a reference - propulsion system of the person applied for detection of diseases of lumbar department of a column and increase of accuracy of diagnostic of complications in the postoperative term is designed. Is designed preventive maintenance of a spondylarthrosis, founded on і intraoperational denervation of the facet joints.
