Pomazan V. Clinical and laboratory substantiation of antibacterial therapy employmevt in fibrocystic mastopathy and breast cancer

Subjects: Patients with fibrocystic mastopathy and breast cancer. Purpose: to substantiate the expediency and efficacy of antibacterial therapy in patients with fibrocystic mastopathy and breast cancer in complex and combined treatment. Methods: clinical, cytomorphologic, biochemical, tensometric, statistic. Novelty: the microflora of the foci of pre-cancer disease pathology and those of breast cancer was assessed, their identity was proved, the activity of tissue ferments of DNA metabolism and carbohydrates in patients with fibrocystic mastopathy and breast cancer was studied, their activity change depending on concomittant inflammation was proved, a possibility of dynamic interphase tensiometry method for diagnosing an inflammatory component was studied. Indications for carrying out antibacterial therapy in fibrocystic mastopathy and breast cancer were developed. Results: new methods for treating fibrocystic mastopathy and breast cancer, methods of diagnosing a concomitant inflammation were developedthe efficacy of the substantiated antibacterial therapy in preventive and complex treatment of locally spread breast cancer was proved.
