the object - patients with by complete absence of teeth on an overhead jaw; the aims increase of efficiency orthopaedic medical treatment of patients with complete absence of teeth by perfection of process making of removable plastinchastih prosthetic appliances, that foresees strengthening of base and takes into account intensity of inflammatory processes in an adaptation period; the methods - clinical, biochemical, physical, physical-mechanicalstatistical; the new is application of the offered technology making of removable plastinchastogo to prosthetic appliance with spring properties prevents development of inflammatory processes in the mucus shell, promotes hart descriptions of prosthetic appliances, abbreviates the terms of adaptation; the outcomes - іt is developed, in theory and the method of making of complete removable dentures ic is approved on an overhead jaw with spring construction of base.
