The dissertation is dedicated to the development of mechanism of aircraft life cycle efficiency providing on the realization of interactive work by enterprises of aviation industry for the renewal of park of air ships. In the work general description of project, production and operating enterprises as subjects of aircraft life cycle is given, economic interests of sides are selected and pre-conditions for perfection of their interaction are exposed. The influence of avionics on basis of guantitative and gualitative characteristics of composition of airplanes is exposed, that allows to develop methodical positions concerning processes of air ships renewal by taking into account the directions of collaboration of aviation enterprises. The estimation model of financial resources of production of modern aircrafts. The complex of organizationally-economic measures for providing of efficiency of aircraft life cycle is determined.
