The thesis is devoted to a problem of improvement of pyelonephritis (PN) diagnostic techniques in younger children, based on the definition of disease development risk factors, changes of functional state of neurohumoral system, microcircular hemostasis and hemorheology, and to treatment effectiveness increase by use of system enzymotherapy (SET) remedies.There were pathogenetically proved the expediency of SET including to the complex treatment of children with PN.
