Essay

The is devoted the problem of government bodies transformation in the II Rech Pospolitaya. Changes in the status, structure, commissions and public work of central and local government bodies were analyzed this work. The reasons of these changes had been defined. The correlation between government bodies' transformations and political systems was shown. The conclusions about efficiency of government bodies work during different historical stages in the II Rech Pospolita. Were made negative factors influencing the on quality of these bodies activity were revealed.
