The object of investigation was 139 patients with chronic digestive diseases. The aim of the study was investigation of physical working capacity (PWC) in patients with pathology of digestive organs and mechanisms its provide and influence of balneofactors of spa Truskavets (BFST) on these processes. The methods were clinical, instrumental, biochemical. The novently of the work is in the fact that it is for the first detected vegetative, endocrine and metabolic mechanisms with founding of mathematic models before known various effects of BFST on PWC in gastroenterological patients. In rats experimet it is shown that actotropic effects (ATE) of BFST are reprodused by water Naftussya. It is demonstrated the possibility of reliable prognose character and value of ATE using initial parameters of veloergometry, hemodynamic, vegetative regulation and metabolism, included in discriminant and multiple regresion functions.
