Object - influence of chronic influence of nitrats and products of their biotransformation on the development and running of iron deficienci anaemia (IDA) in infants; methods - clinical, biochemical, instrumentaal, sanitarianly hygienical, statistical; novelty - for the first time prolonged nitrat effect on development and running of IDA in infants; there were also discoveder some certain pathogenetic aspects of the given pathology development; determined regularities of metabolic process violations parficularly in iron exchange, state of oxidentel system and intoxication level during higher level penetratign of nitrats into the organism; results - there was worked ond new pathogeneticaly proved complex of tretment and prophylaxic which is aimed at protection of childrens' organisms against high doze nitrat effect and IDA treatment using iron conaining actiferrin and antioxidantal medicine of guenrtsetin; sphere - medcine.
