The thesis is dedicated to the investigation of problems of strategy of transnational corporations in the conditions of globalization of world economy. The influence of transnational corporations on the modern world development investigated through the modern theories evolution and the model of transnational corporation, as well as the tendencies and contradictions are analyzed. A complex of measures for the optimization of the activities of transnational corporations in Ukraine has been suggested, taking into account up-to-date priorities and specific features of the national economy development.
