the object - children in age 12-14 years with a tooth caries; the aims to increase of efficiency prophylaxis of permanent tooth caries by blocking of enzymic complex of cariesogennik bacteria; the methods - clinical, biochemical, experimental, microbiological, statistical; the new is the method of exogenic prevention of the caries has been proved, designed and motivated. This method unites the blocking action on bacterias impedes the assimilation sugar bacter and separation of the organic acids, but also time promotes the reinforcement resistance hard dental tissue; the outcomes - it is proved that the use of the offered of preventive action scheme in clinical condition has a high antycariogenic efficiency.
