Dissertation is devoted to research the conformities of influence technological conditions of growing and external factors (annealing in a vacuum and in atmosphere of oxygen) on forming the dominant atomic defects in lead sulfide thin films, and to creation of models of defect formation processes and scattering mechanisms of current carriers for the directed modification of thin film material properties.
