With usage of the production half-think epoxid of shears investigated gingival papillas the ambassador separation of contact surfaces of there were bits of cogs under fixed prostheses. The large damates will be tested (experienced) with on oral part of papillas. With the purpose to define the role of "Rubber Dam" film there was conducted a clinico-morphological investigation of interdental gum papillae in two groups of patients-volunteers. The polishing of based-teeth crowns for unremovable dentures with the use of diamond discs. It was determined that polishing of crowns the based teeth in complicated by the development of the acute local posttraumatic gingivitis in papillae which underwent injuries with micropartiales of the polished hard tissues of the crown.
