Makarevich A. Сlinic and pathogenetic treatment of paradontitis generalised of patients with interleukin deficit

In the thesis presented the results of research of the proinflammatory (IL-1 , TNF- ) and antiinflammatory (ТGF- 1, ТGF- 2) cytokines level in lavage of paradontal recessus of patients with paradontitis generalased with sustained course and exacerbation of pathologic process in paradont tissues which extended the notion about pathogenesis of sustained course of disease formation. The results of correlation analysis of disbalance connection in cytokines profile with general immunity disturbance and recurrence appearance of disease are presented. It is developed and approved in the clinic varied complex therapy assignment to patients with paradontitis generalased depending on sustained course of disease which include the agent of purposeful influence on cytokines profile. It is determined that usage of cytokine state status ratios and pathogenetic well-grounded medical complexes that reduce the term of treatment, decrease the number of complications, recurrences and allow to achieve clinical-and-rontgenological stabilization in majority of patients.
