In thesis the theoretical and practical questions of the deposit policy of commercial banks of Ukraine in conditions of market transformation and forming of national monetary system are explored. Distinctive features of financial activities of commercial banks, determined by imperfection of market infrastructure and influence of command factors on realization of competitive mechanism are analyzed. Part and place of deposit policy of commercial bank in providing of effective functioning of bank institution, it's interdependence with stability of monetary market in Ukraine are shown.
