The dissertation is devoted to the problem of strengthening medical support to newborns after premature abruption of normally placed placenta as a serious pregnancy complication. The dissertation addresses the tasks of improving the complex therapy for newborns with new tactical approach to hemodynamic disorder correction and using infusion solution of hydroxylised starch (Refortan-6%). Adaptation peculiarities of newborns from mothers with placenta abruption in the early neonatal period are investigated. Dynamics of transitional and pathological processes is studied. Risk factors of adaptation breakdown are determined. Clinical effectiveness of infusion Refortan-6% as part of infusion-transfusion therapy on newborns hypovolemic states correction is proven
