The work formulates practical recommendations of correct usage appropriate criminal-legal norms in the sphere of investigative-prosecution and court's practice as well as gives proposals pertaining to improvement of criminal legislation, namely, proper version of article 229 CC of Ukraine and changes to the purview of Law of Ukraine "About protection of the right on marks for the goods and services".
