Fedorchuk Ya. I. Prevention of criminal offenses in the military-industrial complex of Ukraine. – Qualifying scientific work on manuscript rights. The dissertation for the scientific degree of candidate of legal sciences in specialty 12.00.08 – criminal law and criminology; criminal-executive law. − PJSC «Higher education institution «Interregional Academy of Personnel Management». – Kyiv, 2024. The dissertation, based on a critical study of the provisions of the theory of criminology, analysis of current legislation and law enforcement practice, proposes measures to prevent criminal offenses in the military-industrial complex of Ukraine with the determination of ways to solve a number of fundamental and praxeological problems in the conditions of martial law, ensuring criminological security at the facilities of such strategic complex. The peculiarities of criminological security in the conditions of martial law аre revealed and the systematization of criminal offenses committed in the armed forces іs carried out. The subjects of the prevention of criminal offenses committed in the armed forces are characterized. The analysis and assessment of the state of criminal offenses in the armed forces іs carried out, the determinants affecting their commission аre systematized. The criminologically significant characteristics of persons who commit offenses are singled out. General social and special criminological measures for the prevention of criminal offenses committed in the armed forces are developed and proposed. Key words: military-industrial complex, national security, criminological security, martial law, criminal offense, criminological characteristics, determinants, criminal identity, prevention.
