Essay

The dissertation is devoted to early diagnostics of renal diseases, to HLA-antigens significance for development and duration of nephropathies. Contribution of genetic component in development of kidneys diseases and high coefficients of inheritance of nephropathies for relatives of I related grade are demonstrated. Studies showed an increased number of certain HLA-antigens and complexes in Lviv population representatives. It has been established that genetic distance between different populations depends on geographic distance. Immunogenetic characteristics of dysmetabolic nephropathy, chronic nonobstructive pyelonephritis, kidneys abnormalities and HLA-predisposition markers of these diseases are determined. Consideration of HLA-predisposition markers for „risk groups” formation among children of Lviv population is proposed and proved to be effective.
