Object is the whole public relations in the sphere of Ukrainian state tax service bodies' control of business, which is the object of licensing; purpose is to define on a basis of scientific, scientific-publicistic, legal sources and prospective law concept, characteristics, organizational-legal mechanism of Ukrainian state tax service bodies' control of business, which is the object of licensing and to formulate suggestions for improvement of legislation in force in this sphere and practice of its applying; methods: dialectical, historical, logical, system analysis, comparatively-legal; novelty: It is in a first time in the domestic administrative-legal science problems of Ukrainian state tax service bodies' control of business, which is the object of licensing were fully researched; results: materials of the dissertation can be used in further scientific researches, lawmaking and law enforcement spheres, education.
