Essay

Modern surgical technologies in treatment of traumatic cataracts. To increase of treatment efficacy of children with a traumatic cataract. Biomicroscopy, ophthalmoscopy, ultrasound examination. A slit lamp, opthalmoscop, the ultrasound-scanner. For the first time the complex of risk factors of IOL dislocation - pupillar capture syndrom on pseudophakic eye was established. The new surgical technologies of implantations and removal of IOL dislocation as a syndrome of pupillar capture syndrom was worked out. The worked out method is introduced in Filatov Institute, that allows to increase the efficiency of surgical treatment of children with a traumatic cataract in 80,6% of cases. Sphere of application - medicine, ophthalmology.
